Supplier Quality Engineer

The quality of a product is mostly determined by the quality of the materials purchased. Therefore, securing and monitoring that quality is essential. Do you see yourself as the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), ensuring that suppliers properly implement and maintain the quality requirements of end customers? Then we are looking for you!

As a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) at Nobleo Manufacturing, you will collaborate on-site with customers to improve relationships with suppliers, with the aim of creating optimal cooperation. In line with customer requirements, you will assist the New Product Introduction department to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of the product generation process. Your activities focus on improvement activities according to a project-based approach. You participate in internal and external design reviews (such as FMEAs) to achieve optimal process flow and quality assurance with suppliers.

You participate in multidisciplinary project teams, where you are jointly responsible for ensuring the quality of designated suppliers and for the release of new suppliers. Additionally, you supervise periodic supplier audits. In the event of recurring issues, you will take action to implement improvement programs.

• You have a technical bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in a relevant technical environment (high-tech/ automotive)
• You are hands-on, a team player, and a go-getter.
• You interact smoothly between customers and suppliers.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• You are analytical, accurate, and flexible.
• You find it interesting to take on challenges. Here you use both your technical knowledge and your soft skills.
• You are eager to delve into Supplier Quality methodologies and tools in high-tech Systems and automotive.
• You are quality-conscious and enjoy contributing to improvement processes, both internally and externally.
