We believe that there are always opportunities to produce faster, better and cheaper. As a Lean / Six Sigma Consultant, you play an important role. You are responsible for improvement projects and/or programs at companies in a variety of sectors. You work together with the customer to find the best solution, which is often a combination of content and acceptance.
You ensure that Lean / Six Sigma will work in practice. As a rule, the process will start with an assessment. Based on this, you will provide sound advice. Then you develop the vision and strategy. After that you ensure that the solutions are firmly anchored in the organization culture. Business Process (re)Design and Business Process Modeling are important themes.
What do we expect from you?
You combine academic thinking with at least seven years of experience in improvement and change management. You are a certified (Master) Blackbelt and you have gained the necessary experience with complex implementation processes, including (on the job) training and motivating people. You are also comfortable to coach and train people in Lean/Six Sigma, as you are similarly experienced in consulting as a profession.
Result oriented, customer oriented, entrepreneurial and leadership are key words that apply to you.
