As a Manufacturing Project Manager, you play an important role in this as you are responsible for improvement projects and/or programs at companies in the automotive and high-tech industries. You will work closely with our customer to find the best solution that is implemented in a pragmatic way. Are you the sparring partner for our customers with regard to audit & improve, industrialization, and manufacturing intelligence? Then we are looking for you!
Role and Responsibilities
As a project manager, you are responsible for executing one or more manufacturing projects. You translate the required project results into a suitable plan of approach and manage the execution of this plan. You will gather the right people in order to get the project up and running and motivate your team to bring the project to a successful conclusion. You manage your project team and consult with our customers.
As a project manager, you are responsible for the project result from start to finish. The principles are the project objectives, budgets, and planning. You use project management tools and will ensure that all parties have the right information and keep their commitments.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a bachelor’s or master degree.
- You preferably have a strong affinity with production and engineering environments.
- You are a strong organizer who is not only analytical but also plans systematically.
- You can seamlessly switch from abstract concepts to concrete details.
- You have experience in project management in which you can assume a coaching role.
- You are resilient to stress and have strong communication skills.
- Entrepreneurship, creativity, result orientation, expertise, and people orientation are keywords that apply to you.
