Nobleo Manufacturing has started an internal Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training in October 2018 with a class of nine colleagues. The decision to train the team in this well-established continuous improvement methodology is driven by the increasing number of operational excellence assignments Nobleo Manufacturing is facing. The choice for a combination of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is a deliberate one: not only do both philosophies and toolboxes align excellently, our customers are often facing a combined challenge of meeting the shortest of lead times and the highest of quality demands.
Our trainer Peter Lemke has prepared this training and is most content facing an engaged and eager group of engineers active in the automotive and high tech industries Nobleo Manufacturing is servicing. “Contributing to the improvement of our own teams’ capabilities gives me great energy!”.
The first group of trainees is expected to receive the theoretical certificate of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in the beginning of december. After this Nobleo Manufacturing will be even better equipped to optimize manufacturing and logistic processes.
