Nobleo Manufacturing takes the next step in Southeast Asia
Nobleo Manufacturing is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia. We have started our first projects for customers in the region, and our colleague Rik Peeters has relocated to Penang, Malaysia to establish and develop our local presence.
Building a local presence in Malaysia
Over the past year, members of our management and engineering team have regularly travelled to Asia. These visits helped us gain a better understanding of the local manufacturing landscape, identify business opportunities and support existing Dutch customer with their activities in the region.
With our first projects for local customers now underway, having a permanent presence in Southeast Asia is our next step. From Penang, Rik will set up our local office, strengthening relationships with customers and business partners, and gradually building a local team. Being based in the region allows us to work more closely with our customers and respond more quickly to their needs.
Supporting the growth of manufacturing in Southeast Asia
Southeast Asia is becoming an increasingly important region for the global manufacturing industry. More and more high-tech and semiconductor companies are expanding their operations or relocating production to countries such as Malaysia and Singapore. This creates new opportunities, but also brings challenges when it comes to setting up production facilities, developing manufacturing processes and ensuring a smooth production ramp-up.
