October 2026 – PAL-V has selected Nobleo Manufacturing as its strategic partner for the industrialisation of the world's first FlyDrive production facility. Following the recent achievement of both automotive and aviation production approvals, PAL-V is now taking the next step towards industrial-scale manufacturing by further developing, optimising and digitalising its production organisation. The collaboration supports PAL-V's transition from development and certification to production readiness and future scaling. Together, PAL-V and Nobleo Manufacturing will establish the manufacturing processes, digital infrastructure and industrialisation roadmap required to support the growth of FlyDrive production in the years ahead.

Building Production Readiness

As the first company in the FlyDrive segment to obtain both automotive and aviation production approvals, PAL-V is preparing its organisation for the next phase of growth. This requires not only a certified product and production organisation, but also scalable processes, a robust supply chain, advanced production systems and a clear roadmap for continuous improvement. Nobleo Manufacturing will support PAL-V in linking its vehicle roadmap to a structured industrialisation strategy, covering all phases from prototype and pre-production activities through production ramp-up and future volume manufacturing.

"PAL-V has achieved something unique by creating an entirely new mobility category and successfully navigating the complex certification requirements that come with it. The company is now entering the next phase of its growth, focused on further industrialising and optimising its production organisation. We are proud to contribute our expertise in manufacturing, digitalisation and industrial engineering to support that ambition."

From Certification to Scalable Production

For PAL-V, the partnership marks a logical continuation of the progress achieved through recent certification milestones, including its Production Organisation Approval (POA), which authorises the company to manufacture aviation products under EASA regulations.

"The achievement of our Production Organisation Approval marked the transition from certification towards production readiness. Together with Nobleo Manufacturing, we’re now setting the next steps to prepare for scaling and optimising the production organisation. Nobleo's expertise in industrialisation and digital manufacturing complements our own capabilities and will help further strengthen the operational foundations for future growth.”

Enabling the Future of Professional Mobility

With both automotive and aviation production approvals secured, nearly two decades of development experience and a reservation portfolio supporting the first years of production, PAL-V has entered a new phase. The partnership with Nobleo Manufacturing supports the industrialisation and scaling of the production capabilities. Drawing on extensive experience in both automotive manufacturing environments and aerospace industry standards, Nobleo Manufacturing brings expertise in translating complex, highly regulated technologies into scalable and efficient production processes.

PAL-V’s FlyDrive solutions are designed for organisations whose effectiveness depends on getting people, expertise and critical capabilities to the right place at the right time. By combining the speed and reach of aviation with the flexibility of road transport, FlyDrive enables professionals operating across dispersed, rural and hard-to-access locations to respond faster and operate more effectively.

Together, PAL-V and Nobleo Manufacturing are laying the foundation for the industrial production of the world’s first certified FlyDrive vehicles and the introduction of a new category of mobility for professional operators.
