For our annual team outing, we swapped the office for the vineyards of Vitry-la-Ville in France. Three days away from the day-to-day work, spent exploring the region, learning something new together and, of course, enjoying each other's company.
Why we make time for this
At Nobleo Manufacturing, our teams often work on client sites, sometimes for several weeks. This makes moments like this genuinely valuable. A team outing is more than just a nice extra; it’s an opportunity for colleagues who rarely see each other in the office to catch up properly, swap stories from different projects, and get to know the people behind the job titles.
It is also where many of our best ideas begin. Some of the most useful conversations happen over dinner rather than in meeting rooms.
